Pintrest?

Pintrest is new and exciting to the social media platform world. Sky rocketing overnight Pintrest became popular in pinning random things you like, quotes, pictures, food, style, places, ect. So are celebrities in on it too? Yes as a matter of fact they are pinning what interests them, their own brands, and ideas they can do or use. You can easily look up a celebrity and follow them on Pintrest just as easy as Twitter and Facebook. With celebrities now on Pintrest there is much hope that it will succeed and more people will join just to see what their celebrity likes and interests are, as well as being a huge brand opportunity for celebrities. My guess is more and more celebrities will join by taking advantage on this opportunity in marketing their brand more on Pintrest to their followers who will see this and repinn hopefully buying in the near future.

We will see.....

Retweet

How To Get A Celebrity To Tweet You Back!

No one has ever thought in a million years that you would be able to talk or get in touch with your favorite celebrity unless you somehow saw them and was able to talk face to face. Twitter has now changed all of that, being able to see what your favorite celebrity is doing or saying you are also able to talk to them! Yes I said it TALK to them! Most celebrities will see your tweet but once in a blue moon tweet you back depending on what your characters say in your tweet. There are 5 ways your celebrity will RT (retweet) you back.

1) Ego Tweet: This is a tweet in brining back what they did in the past. Saying how much you appreciated what they did or who they were. This mostly applies to retired athletes or not so popular celebrities anymore.

2) Photo Tweet: Find a classic moment or picture where the celebrity did something good, giving a compliment with the picture. They will like how you took time out to do that for them.

3) Question Tweet: Sometimes celebrities will take time out of their day and do question time. This is when they will answer you the most. So keep a look out for that!

4) Guilt Tweet: If you tweet a celebrity "you never tweet me back" they will feel sympathy and tweet you back. This mostly happens if you see the celeb tweeting a lot only.

5) Twolling: This tweet usually works the best, although you shouldn't really do it. All you have to do is be mean, make fun of them, or hit hard on their personal life. Most of the time celebrities will tweet you back giving you a sarcastic remark and saying how rude you are. No one can can not RT back and let people get away with it.

Little Tweets

Too Young To Tweet?

Believe it or not there are little star Tweedos! One celebrity is Aubrey Anderson Emmons, also known as Lily the adopted daughter on the hit show Modern Family. Aubrey has 16,000 followers on Twitter and tweets simple things by answering questions like what is her favorite color or thing to do? Although Aubrey does not conduct the tweet herself having her mom do the replying and sending she does answer them verbally, all being in first person. Another young celebrity tweeter is the famous Toddlers and Tiaras star Eden Wood, ranking in just over 10,000 followers. Eden's mom just like Aubrey's conduct's all the tweets but also answers all of them herself as well. Saying she sometimes mixes up her own Twitter tweets with her daughters! All Eden knows is how many followers she has and how that makes her more famous. So the question here is are they too young to have a twitter? When is an appropriate time for them to start tweeting their actual selves? The common thing you see in young celebrities today is they are being worked too hard. Their becoming over exposed too much to the media. So should this be something to take into consideration with young celebrities having a Twitter now in this day and age?

Celebrities for 4 more years

4 More Years

Well it's no surprise when Obama got reelected for President of the United States there was going to be tweets flowing every second, positive or negative, and the celebes let us have it!

Lady Gaga: I JUST GOT OFF STAGE IN COLUMBIA!! CONGRATULATIONS MR. PRESIDENT @BarackObama We are so proud to be American tonight! YES!!! YES! YES!!
Demi Lovato: Tonight is a good night for women. Proud to be a WOMAN IN AMERICA!!!
Russell Simmons: A NEW AMERICA WINS OVER BIG MONEY! I am so proud to call
Barack Obama our President of the United States!
Adam Levine: That’s what happens when you f*ck with Sesame Street
Sophia Bush: Crying. Happy tears. Breathing deep. #4MoreYears
Donald Trump: This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy!

It was hard for me to find any negative tweets about Obama winning the 2012 election from really any celebrity. Out of 80 tweets I could only find one negative one, and that was Donald Trump. This corresponds to one of my posts a couple of weeks ago dealing with mostly all celebrities voting for Obama. Hence, helping him tremendously in his election by tweeting, promoting at their concerts, and wearing certain clothes and accessories. Just really anything to show their support at all times.

Insta Celeb

Instagram

Many celebrities are Instagraming almost every second. Instagram is a from of twitter, anyone can follow their favorite celeb and see what they are doing or thinking but with a lot more pictures. I found that this is only helping celebrities market their products more. Snookie is Instagraming her line of products. Anything from tanning lotion to sunglasses, nail polish, and her popular sneakers slippers. Paris Hilton has Instagramed her new perfume Dazzle, shoe line, and watches. More and more celebrities are taking advantage of Instagram and realizing that this can only help instead of hurt them. It's what you and only you put a picture of.

Twitter Statement

Making A statement Through Twitter

Who hasn't heard the cheating scandal between Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson? Now they are back together and all the networks and programs are asking the questions not just to them but their friends and co workers too. The only way to answer back is... tweeting it. Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning defend Kristen with all the negative publicity by tweeting, You mess with one #Twilight star you mess with them all! #breakingdawn
